Aprons Are Coming!!

When I was a little girl, my mother and my grandmothers taught me (or tried to teach me) many different things about the art of home. Some things were caught - the beauty of a loving home, the savory taste of a home cooked meal, the joy of family dinners, the beauty of hand needlework, the wonder of creating something out of a few random ingredients. Other things were specifically taught. Like sewing. I tried my hand at clothing, and quickly realized this was not my strength, but give me some home decorating tasks, and I am threading up the machine.

After many pillows, bedding sets, cushions, tablecloths, and sets of curtains, I have added aprons to my repertoire. Here's a peek:

I'll share more about my LOVE of all things apron in another post.
